Thank you For Purchasing A Sound Choice® product (NOT including Custom CDGs). If you have received a defective product or it has become damaged, please follow the instructions listed below.
OPENED PRODUCTS - Due to licensing restrictions, we will not exchange or refund the purchase price on OPENED products purchased from Sound Choice unless the product is damaged or defective.
SHIPPING DAMAGE - If your shipment from Sound Choice was damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service Center at: 1-800-788-4487 within 48 hours of receipt.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT - A defective product is defined as a product that does not work the first time it is used, and it is thought to have a manufacturing defect. All defective items must be returned to Sound Choice for inspection. Contact a Customer Service Representative with the details on the defect. Be specific as to which track/song is defective and the nature of the problem. The Customer Service Representative will issue a Return Authorization Number for the defective disc. Please reference this number on the outside of the package. Simply send a copy of your receipt and the defective disc to us at the address below. If the product is determined to be defective, a replacement product will be shipped by Ground service free of charge.
DAMAGED CDGs - A damaged CDG is any disc that has been subjected to
alterations, abuse, misuse or accidental damage. Sound Choice will replace a
damaged disc free of charge. The damaged disc must be returned to Sound Choice
with 5.95 (U.S. Dollars) shipping and handling per disc anywhere in the 48 contiguous
United States. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii and other countries need to call
a Sound Choice Customer Sales Representative for the shipping and handling fee.
Replacements can only be given for original active CDGs. Discontinued CDGs cannot
be replaced. Simply send your damaged disc along with your payment to us at
the address below or call us at 1-800-788-4487. Prices are valid at time
of printing and are subject to change without notice.
*Due to licensing, some songs on your replacement disc may not be the
same as they were on the ordinal disc.

LOST OR MISSING PAK DISCS
Any lost or missing discs from our Foundation or Brick, or any Sound Choice PAK series can be purchased by first providing proof of ownership of the set. Please contact a Customer Sales Representative at 1-800-788-4487 for details and the cost to replace a lost or missing item. Sound Choice accepts VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express and money orders.
